The driver was professional and friendly. The manager, and listening to me freak out, handled the situation very well. I am more than happy with this branch of Rosenau.

Overcharged the same price for two different shipment weights! Tried talking to them to rectify the over charged amount, they did not care! Too bad... Pay or you do not receive your good! .
Will NOT be using them again. Get a quote before you ship!!!
We contacted UPS after to check their price....It was a third the price. of Rosenau.....Rosenau's response was "of course, they are a courier" ???
