★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After receiving my pants back, they were still dirty and the stain I showed him was still there (which I showed him upon dropping them off and he said no problem). He argued with me that there is nothing he could do and refused to reimburse me. It was as if they never dry cleaned them in the first place. Terrible job and terrible customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bit of an emergency - I needed my fiancee's pants cleaned before our destination wedding and we forgot to pick them up during the hours of operation- the owner made an exception for us and allowed me to pick them up on Sunday (going out of his way to meet me at the shop) . Exceptional customer service - and the pants look great :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took a skirt in to Rosedale a while back. The guy at the till was rude and charged me $15, the price for a dress. When I got the skirt back, it was cleaned properly. However, the skirt in question doesn't have little ties, so it needs a skirt hanger. I guess they didn't have a special hanger, so they used safety pins to hang the skirt from a regular hanger, causing stretched out holes in the waist. Thankfully I was able to fix the skirt for the most part, but I definitely won't be going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was visiting in Calgary and chanced upon Rosedale Cleaners. What a gem this place is. Great, friendly service, and was most accommodating to offer a visitor next day service. The pants were pressed flawlessly which is so nice in this day and age of "double track" creases. Thanks for being there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped off a pair of pants noting that there was a stain that needed a bit of love. No luck getting them to do much about. $12 worth of dry cleaning and a pair of pants down the drain. 4 day turnaround on dry cleaning was also less than exemplary
