★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Full flavoured ice cream with lots of texture. Even normally smooth flavours like London fog still have a little something in there to chew on. The black sesame and honey is a heavy duty choice, and I'd gladly recommend it if you can't decide. The cones could use a little work, they are a bit thin, and mine was a constant battle to keep the ice cream from toppling off the low side. But the Venue is nice and quiet, with no long lines like the other popular destinations and none of the pretentiousness. A delicious, understated neighbourhood ice cream bar. At 7$ (including tax) for a double scoop and lots of free parking, it's worth going out of your way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like their cookies and cream. It has a special creaminess in there. I taste baby milk formula. Just a suggestion: I recommend thicker cones so the ice cream can actually fit nicely instead of being mounted on the top, almost like something being mounted on a stick. This also allows the ice cream to fill up the cone smoothly. I came here following Google Reviews’ price, and have noticed the price for double scoop went up (see my picture of the menu compared to the other pictures). Wouldn’t say best in Vancouver. Price and location makes me turn for other ice cream stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super yummy, unique ice cream flavours that are just plain good. I tried the raspberry basil and it was so lovely. Also offer vegan options and even a donut ice cream sandwich! Looking forward to going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 86 year old mother in law and I both love the Passion Fruit ice-cream, so for Mother's Day I bought us each a tub of it. When I went to serve it after dinner, I thought it looked a slightly different colour than usual. First mouthful, I realized it was caramel. So disappointed! Though caramel may be good, it isn't PASSION FRUIT! I realize that this is an honest packaging mistake but when I posted this story to their Facebook page it was removed without any message to me. So for me, their Passion Fruit is a 5 Star, their customer service has to be less than a half star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This ice cream is DELICIOUS!! I had passed by a few times and not been able to stop. Fathers Day was the perfect time as we had dinner just up the road. The ice cream is very flavourful and perfectly creamy!! Scoops are big. The shop is cozy inside. Due to Covid there is no sitting but I look forward to when that opens up again. A cool vibe inside with wonderful fresh ingredient ice cream flavours. There are pre packs ready to go as well. I had the Dark Chocolate and it was delicious. They were sold out of the Ice Cream Donuts...I will be back again soon to try one of those!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ice cream was insanely delicious, however, we went there specifically for the freshly baked ice cream sandwich and were informed that it has been discontinued by the owner since last year. Well then it's about time you take it off your menu and not falsely advertise. We drove out from Surrey for this dessert and were disappointed to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw that this shop was nearby my new place and decided to drop by on my way home. The owner makes the best ice cream and was very friendly too! Got to try the mango raspberry swirl and the sesame. Both are very thick and creamy, as well as the cones being delicious. Will definitely go back to try out the passion fruit as its the best seller and a few more other flavours!
