★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought two metal sheets. Overpaid for cutting services. Yet, they wasted my left over from the sheets from cutting job.
I gave another sheet for bending service. We agreed and marked which edge and side of sheet to bend. Yet, WRONG edge was bended. Now my sheet is up-side-down.
Over charge the services, wasted the left over of the sheets. With marking instruction, they still made mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serious roofers or people doing their own work should know about this place. You have to go by the address because you won't find it if you are looking for a sign on the building. Entrance is at the back of the building. You get to the office where the merchandise is by walking through the building. I would have given them 5 stars if they had a better selection of their caulking but it's for roofs and most people don't see what's up there anyway. The last time I was there they didn't have enough of the colour I wanted (bronze).
