★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with this company. Residential service line burst monday morning. Filled out a request for a quote Monday, no response. Called Tuesday morning. receptionist took my info and said an estimator would call me back. No call back tuesday, or wednesday... then today Ron calls me after showing up to my house unannounced and with out arranging a time with me. (I was at work)
Called him back and advised that we had awarded another company our business as no one responded to which is response was he only got the information today. And they're busy anyways... definitely would suggest the company work on their professionalism.
Can not comment on their work a friend recommended the company to me as her dad did alot of business with them on new builds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rondor looked after the cracked water line under our front yard. They were responsive, patient with our questions and knew how to get the job done fast so we could get our water back on. Pricing was right, no messing around. Overall great experience.
