Stuart from Ron's Pumping Service did a great job pumping my septic system. He was professional, on-time and did exactly as he said he would. I know my system was more difficult to pump than the average system but this didn't phase Stuart. i will 100% use Ron's Plumping Service in the future.

I've been using Ron's Pumping Service approximately every 3 years to empty our septic tank since 1993. They came on time, were friendly and did a great job. In 2018 Ron the owner serviced our tank and inadvertently cracked the septic concrete lid. He said to my husband that he would bring a replacement to us. My husband didn't share this with me (I would have followed up with them at the time asking when the replacement was coming). Three years pass and I call and have them service tank and that's when my husband remembers that lid was to be replaced by Ron. I call office to point out that we never got the lid we were promised. The lady who answers there phone say's sorry - I'll address this to owner and get back to you. The NEW owner say's tough luck - three years ago - if you want a new lid it's a whole $100 plus tax. I say to the lady answering phone it doesn't matter who owns the business now - the new owner assumed all liabilities of Ron's Pumping Service and we expect that the lid should still be replaced regardless of who owns business today. Ron's Pumping say's no - if you want lid you will have to pay for it. So I say OK - order the lid and that will be the last business I will give you. Additionally I will no longer recommend the business. If 28 years of loyal business means nothing to the new owner we will look elsewhere. Twenty minutes of the lady who answers phone arguing with me - telling me over and over how they were in the right. I said excuse me I as the customer has the right to no longer give you business or recommendations for it. The following day a Joanne left message saying please call to discuss. I've tried. I think they have call display because calls in the middle of the day are going to their answering system and I'm not leaving a message - bottom line - if they were going to respect Ron's word they would've replaced lid and brought it out on their many trips to Constance Bay. Joanne left two messages and my attempts to return them have been screened. Know that if you are a loyal customer of theirs the new owner doesn't care - 28 years meant nothing - 3 did - regardless of the fact that when you buy a business it includes any outstanding liabilities.

Cleared out our septic tank; no fuss no muss. Really easy to work with and great value - highly recommend for anyone who is busy and maybe has been putting this off, they did a great job done and on time. Nice truck too!
