★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful church and Father Ionut Maerean was very warm and welcoming. The church itself is absolutely beautiful inside with a quaint but elegant exterior and large parking. We were so happy with the services and ceremony!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Romanian Orthodox Church St. John the Baptizer was the most beautiful place for us to have our wedding ceremony. I had my baptism here a few months before and the care and effort that went into each event is so deeply appreciated . There was a live stream, included for free, of the wedding that family and friends could watch who are far away and it made the day so much more special to be able to share it with everyone. My Grandmother’s who are in nursing homes got to watch safely and my husband’s family in Romania got to be apart of it, we are so grateful. The singing was amazing and everyone who saw the church kept telling us just how gorgeous it is!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've always looked for a church that made me feel welcomed. I've gone to multiple Romanian Orthodox churches across Ontario, but none like this one. I became a Godmother in this church two weekends ago. Having never been part of a baptism before, it was such an incredible and unforgettable experience. The priest was welcoming and walked us through every step of the way. We will definitely be back!
