It was a great and fun experience for all. All the food was delicious and fresh! I would highly recommend this company!

We were invited as a team building/ end of our summer busy sales season celebration event with the company I work for. This was such a unique, fun and relaxing experience. I don't eat fish so I requested a vegan kit which was really well thought out. I wasn't expecting anything exciting in there but I was pleasantly surprised by vegan spicy salmon (red peppers with bread crumbs and spicy mayo), cucumber, avocado, tofu, pickled beets, hummus and marinated red peppers. Everything I made was delicious. I thought it would be harder than it was but Chef John was patient and guided us through each step slowly and answered any questions we had. My husband had a great time and enjoyed his fish sushi kit. Chef John's passion is obvious and his positive energy is contagious. He taught us some history of sushi and facts that were interesting. We left feeling very full and I even had enough ingredients to make lunch for the next day. The space is fun, inviting, modern and relaxing. We felt welcome and comfortable right away. It's a great way to spend time together while learning something new. I will definitely keep it in mind for future party ideas.

The instructor was friendly and professional. The process is easy to follow and not too intimidating. It's great to learn about the history of sushi and appreciate the culinary artistry. The whole process working with the team has been great. And the actual Sushi 101 session was awesome. The ingredients were delicious and very detailed instructions from Chef John. The instructions were easy to follow and the instructor shared fun facts about sushi along the way. You could tell they are seasoned pros at teaching cooking lessons virtually. They have multiple cameras so you can see what is happening directly on the cutting board. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. My team has asked if this can be a yearly tradition.
