A	Amari Chukwu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We tried the Peach Rooibos tea and the Ethiopian Geisha pourover. The tea was definitely some of the best I've ever had! Sweet with very clear fruity notes, slightly tart but not bitter in the least! The coffee was awesome too, herbal while still having a strong bittersweet aftertaste. I'll be going back to try more off the menu, plus this is my girlfriend's regular coffee joint
E	E Reminders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022-03-10 Update: just a quick update - the service continues to be outstanding. Special props to Ply for his generosity with his incredible knowledge. Thanks!! -- Ordered a 1ZPresso grinder and was impressed how quickly it was delivered. Started ordering more coffee gear, filters, and some of their beans, and have had smooth experiences every single time. Very knowledgeable staff, excellent selection of gear, and nice little touches like offering variety packs of filters to you can try before committing. Recently had to make a warranty claim on a piece of equipment. Ply helped me - he was super responsive and really went above and beyond, making for a really great experience. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Highly recommended.
T	Taha Jomha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very impressed with the quality of my drink (Latte). I am very picky! The staff were very friendly and the cafe was clean and nice. I wish they had indoor seating available but was still nice to sit outside. I will add this to my list of "go to" coffee spots.

I Ordered some replacement parts for my grinder, specifically the handle for the JX. They didn't get the order wrong, but they sent an older version of the product (I did not know at the time that there were different versions). I reached out to Rogue Wave to inform them of this, as I did not want other customers to be misled by the pictures of the JX grinder on their website. I had already used the handle (I get excited with new coffeee tools) so I wasn't planning on returning the product. Much to my surprise, Rogue Wave offered to send me the correct knob that was seen on their website free of charge, as well as keep the incorrect knob. I totally did not expect this from Rogue Wave, and greatly appreciate that they did this. I did order a bag of their coffee (please note: through a third party vendor), and unfortunately it was an old bag (almost 8 weeks from roast date). It was somewhat stale, but I did enjoy the cup nonetheless. I look forward to trying some of their fresh coffee in the future (if circumstances permit). TL;DR: Great customer service/interactions, tasty coffee. Shout out to Ply for bearing with me through online support.

They have very wide selection of professional brewing equipment to choose, and the prices are marked right on. Not to mention, the shipping was sooooo fast. I orderdd close to midnight on May 8, and received it in B.C on morning of May 11. Shipping has never been that fast and smooth since pandemic. Other companies should follow your lead. Thank you very much.

I'm new to coffee and the man at the front gave me a really great recommendation after I asked him for some advice on what to get/where to start. It was black coffee so I was a little hesitant, but it was really delicious and I has no problem drinking the whole cup. The music was really fun but relaxing and the atmosphere as a whole was really enjoyable. I will definitely be back to try more and this experience has made me even more excited to learn about the art of coffee! ?
O	Oliver Maki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ rogue wave is easily becoming my go to for specialty beans: they have an absolutely incredible rotating selection of beans to choose from, accurate and non pretentious descriptors, they're always freshly roasted to perfection, and with all of the traceability that anyone could ask for and then some. I'm also a massive fan of their coffee sample packs, its difficult to know what you are going to like and want more of so it's an absolutely fantastic service that really lets you dip your toes into the water with all they have to offer. whether you enjoy your coffee comfortable and chocolatey or wild and fruity Rogue Wave has you covered; and If you don't know that you like, get their roaster surprise and let them recommend you something amazing! also +1 for the bags their beans come in; they're re-usable and have a really cool design, kudos to whoever makes them!

It really seems like some of the staff working here have a PHD in coffee with how much knowledge they all possess! Big shoutout to PLY who is so precise with his selection in helping customers choose what their needs require. This man is a gentleman and a scholar. I will absolutely be visiting this store often again in the future. Rockstar customer service and can’t get over how amazing the staff and coffee selection is! Must visit for any kind of coffee lover!
