Staff, from the general manager on down to maintenance, nursing, dining room, and aides were pleasant and helpful, even when what we needed wasn't "part of their job description." As well, other residents welcomed him. The facility, especially compared to others I've visited, is clean, light and spacious.

The staff are wonderful and he tells me they are wonderful! They do go out of their way to accommodate the wishes of their residents and are so great at keeping them entertained and happy. I could not recommend Roger’s Cove enough!

EVERYONE went out of there way to make sure my mom was confortable in her transition into the residence. My mom is now into our second month and still happy as can be. I look forward to all the activities opening and I think that will be the cherry on top!

Mom usually ends her phone conversations with "Don't worry about me, I'm fine here." And she's right. The common areas and suites are bright and inviting, all staff and management are caring and competent, and show real team spirit. Meals are wholesome and varied. The residents are treated in a respectful, friendly manner. All of which helps create a welcoming, "family" atmosphere.

They have lots of activities she likes and the meals have improved. She likes to keep active and tries to help as much as she can :) sometimes to much. Staff is very friendly and helpful esp. Kathy. I am glad that she does well there.

I’ve witnessed a very positive change in my mothers outlook and sense of wellbeing since she moved into Rogers Cove. She is genuinely happy with the wonderful people that care for her and all the happy residents she cohabitants with.

They made her transition into the home as pleasant and effortless as possible. The other residents have been welcoming and friendly; and a highlight of the home are the fine meals she is enjoying. There is always laughter and good spirits - a wonderful home for my mother.
