Again I have another horrible experience with a Roger's Representative over the phone. This time someone ACTUALLY called IN PERSON and asked me when I was gonna pay $622.00 before they cut my cable. I asked her if she knew when my cable would be cut and she replied yes. She then asked me again when I was gonna pay. I then asked her if she could tell me when it was going to be cut off and she said she didn't know because it depends on when I can pay. I told her I didn't understand and she proceeded to then laugh at me with a coworker in the background and then said to me "what don't you understand"? Rogers Communications has thee WORST customer service representatives I've ever been in co tact with. Even Government employees have more respect and courtesy!! Bad Form

Rogers, or as it is referred to at my home $&@% Rogers! is terrible. I swear I have to reset my router or modem at least once a day while paying close to $200 a month for the privilege. Bezos just went to space from a desert in Texas but I can’t have constant internet here in Whitby.

They send me an eSim card without checking if my device is compatible, or if I knew what an eSim card was (I'm old and proud of it). When I asked for a solution. They told me to use my lunch break to go to a store to fix their mistake. Great products for the prize.... horrible customer service, not properly trained, not professional. If you have to deal with them do your research so you can ask the questions they won't, or they send you a product you can not use.
