★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So while I have had good experiences here and perhaps not always perfect from a customer service perspective. Today, I was really quite impressed. The staff exceeded my expectations and my slight technical issue was completely resolved and the best part was it did not even cost me anything extra besides a bit of my time; but it was worth it. A big thanks to the owner as he left me completely satisfied. The staff in front end were very available too so I had more help than I needed. Which is such a great thing too sure beats driving to a non local store only to then have to search for a staff member to assist me. Thank you so much Ron I have some beautiful new aluminum flashing around my exterior door. Thanks again to you and your qualified team I will surely see you again next time I need more aluminum flashing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came from Cambridge to help my daughter in the night Market with her booth. We realized we needed another table so I ran to Rona. They didn't have a folding table for sale but let me borrow one and even carried it to my car for me. I really couldn't believe how kind they were to a complete stranger and just wanted to help! I was so shocked I didn't even get the names of the men that helped me but I just wanted to say Thank you so much and we made sure to put the table on the Rona float when we were finished. Its surprising and refreshing to experience that kind of generosity and trust that you really only get in small towns now. You guys are amazing! Thank you , Thank you, Thank you!
