Low quality what you see in the show room is not the same what they sell you inside the crates

I would give zero stars if it was possible. I sent an email asking if they had a v-tile design or something similar. My email tracker notified me that they had opened my email. I patiently waited for a reply for a week. I finally called and asked the same question. I also said that I had sent an email to them but got no reply. They lady answering the phone was very rude. She did not apologise for having not replied and she simply told me to check the website. I said that I had checked the website and they did not have the tile I was looking for. I asked if maybe they could check with their suppliers to see if they had a similar product and she just told me to check the website. She had no interest in helping me. Worst customer service possible. Reading the last review I can tell that this is just the way they do business here. Take your money elsewhere where your business will be appreciated.

The worst ever! Years ago I use to get stones from this outfit, no complains then. It most have changed owners, as now the quality and service has completely changed and went completely downhill. I ordered two special stone caps with a lamp post hole for electrical insert (had to paid $20 extra, each stone, for the hole). I drove from Osoyoos (4 1/2 hours) to pick them up. As they loaded the second stone on to the truck, I noticed that the hole had not been punched through, I was told to simply use a drill. I asked them to do it, to basically finish their job. It took some convincing and they finally tried to do it and damaged the stone, plus it came to my attention that, that particular stone was actually defective. It was evident that the stone had been patched up and repainted with a different colour paint in some areas. I refused to take it, and was then offer 20% on that defective product. I told the employee(owner, manager(?)) that I didn't want a defective product. Unfortunately I already had paid (big mistake), as you have to before you load. I was then sent to my merry way, letting me know another stone would be available in few days, being dismissed in a nonchalant manner, without valuing the time (drive) I had to take to get the product, plus a disregard that I would not accept their defective product. A very frustrating experience, that cost me time, full ...more then the value of the product.

I was looking for cultured stone for my big project and i tried couple of suppliers in lower mainland. Then one of my friend told me about local manufacturer Rocky Mountain Stone Works. I called them and visited their plant and surprised that they are the manufacturer/supplier with great quality products at very reasonable price and ability to supply the number of concrete products; stone veneer, retaining wall systems and concrete fencing etc. Whole process was so smooth from ordering to delivery. We are very satisfied by quality product, pricing, support and valuable customer service they provided to us. Thanks a lot!

Rocky mountain is a wholesale distributor That manufactures the stone right there on the same site. I see on the reviews that some home owners then complain that they don't put enough effort into their 35 dollar order. Not that customer service isn't important but they are great when I go in and order 5 skids of stone , then I drive around the back and pick it up. Rocky Mountain sales are 95 percent contractors. (maybe more) I have been buying stone and cement products from Rocky Mountain for many years .They have a good product, its similar in price to most of the other companies, But the advantage is they make the stone right there where they sell it. If your short on your measurements they have lots already waiting for you. 10 years later you can still match it up. ( I've done this many times) They have a product showcase I can send my customers down to look at or they have a good website to look at and choose a product. The sales counter is old and a little rough but like I said its mostly for contractors in their dirty boots. Troy Theodore RenoPro Contractors

Recently i did 4 houses in Squamish, BC. My contractor got all our stone from Rocky Mountain. Very impressed with the products. Great staff, very friendly service. The gentleman who helped us has tons of experience based knowledge about building supplies, rock products. He helped us for measurements from blue prints and to choose right products for exterior and interior fireplaces. Only downside is, they do not have distributor in our town. We had to travel to their facility then pay delivery charges on products but pricing was so good. After all we saved quite bit money and happy with their products.I will recommend doing business with them and support our local manufacturers.
