★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Harassment is a real issue at RMBL, if your not being harassed by a particular coworker then it is the Tech Coal workers. Not much has been done about my harassment reports, it is best not to say anything as it just makes it worse. Coal miners belittle the driver’s all the time. Everyone, seems to have a story in regard to harassing behaviour. I had less problems driving transit busses in the worst areas of Calgary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my 24 years experience as a bus driver I have been with several different companies. I have been with RMBL for 4 months now and in that time I have found it to be very rewarding. I immediately felt welcomed by all of my coworkers, supervisors, managers and owners and have found it to be a warm and positive work environment.
The pay scale is more than fair and I have found the company to be quite generous with gifts and reward incentives
They immediately respond to any needed maintenance that I document in my pre trip book and are diligent with regular upkeep on the busses including weekly and monthly check ups with the mechanics.
I have not experience any harassment from my coworkers or passengers and as for the crazy hours, overtime is optional not required.
I would recommend this company to anyone seeking work as a driver, I myself plan to stay with this company for as long as they will have me.
