★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RockWood Kitchens (Peterbough) helped us design a new kitchen listening carefully to our priorities on space and design. Felicia (kitchen designer), made it happen and we are totally pleased with the outcome. Felicia was patient with us, answering all of our questions and making small changes we made well maintaining the upmost professionalism. Monty was the tradesmen that completed the install from installing the cabinets and island, to the crown moulding above. Being a tradesmen myself, I appreciated the level of skill and attention to detail that Monty maintained throughout the install. The quartz countertops are great and very durable.The quality of all their products is high and will last for years to come. Overall a pleasant experience from all of the staff that we encountered. Thank you all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First I would like to say that we are very pleased with our new kitchen. We found it to be the best price for the quality. As far as service is concerned, it could not have been any better. Felicia proved to be a real professional. She had an unlimited amount of patience with us. We were undecided as where to purchase our kitchen and at one point even informed her that we decided to go with another company. After more research we went back to talk to Felicia, who treated us kindly and we started the process all over again.
As well, we had a piece of quartz cut after the installation, for our kitchen table which turned out perfectly.
Damion, the installer, also did an awesome job and was pleasant to have around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ out of 4 estimates Rockwood was the most expensive Feb 2021 ....The person doing my estimate didn't seem to be experienced. The 10 x 10 $5,500 is BS ...they will have an excuse not to give it. And got snarky when I asked about it ...the estimate didn't include what was requested.....When you are looking to spend thousands you should not feel frustrated after dealing with them....I have chosen another company and happy with my choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When ikea failed us with the promise of our new kitchen being in stock and delivered. They simply put our money back on our card and stated they have no record of our kitchen. We are on a timeline as we bridged our mortgage to Reno our new house. A co-worker from work mentioned ROCKWOOD kitchens in Peterborough, we met with Felicia and the friendly staff and got right to work! Their design was perfect , their product is high end and real wood ! And priced very fairly!! They also have the option to have the cabinets made ahead of picking them up!!! Love this place and the team at ROCKWOOD in Peterborough. Highly recommend as we are so pleased to have found them. They made this whole experience worth it……

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spoke to Dawn today down at Rockwood cabinets. I had a plan I had already made up and I just went in to get some confirmation of what I was looking at doing, and Dawn was super helpful in reviewing the plans making some useful suggestions, and making me feel really comfortable with the whole process of ordering and getting these things installed. Definitely a great first impression for speaking with the Rockwood and for this project. We are really excited to move forward with this project with Rockwood Kitchens.
