Despite the new renovation, the service and quality of food is still below that of other Rockaberry's in Montreal. Long waiting times to be seated and served even while the restaurant was empty. They are also often sold out of certain cakes and dishes. The service of the bar staff was excellent, but sadly most of the wait staff was unfriendly and rushed us through dinner. Overall, I was unfourtunately not pleased with the experience I received here at the Rockaberry's on St. Charles.

I had a very nice time with my family here. I hadn’t seen some family members in a while, and the staff made the experience very special. They were very kind and recommended pies left and right. I really liked the BLT and wedges, but the pies truly are the star of the show. Key lime was to die for. I wish I lived in Montréal so I could swing by more often. But I made sure to order two pies to bring home with me!

Rockaberry Kirkland is a decent place to get your pie fix. We came here around June 2021 If you are planning on dining in. The service is decent. They don't check on. you often. Since it is understaffed it can be quite a task for them to be in. Also it feels like they do not seem happy to be there. Their pies are good though. I would recommend the Oreo cheesecake and Rockabrownie. Prices are reasonable and decent but it needs to be a little better selected. Other than that I would just get their pies for takeaway only not dine-in. But I will dine in if need be. This is a would recommend establishment.

I like the apple crumble cheese cake, but the “natural-style” mango smoothie I ordered, was really weird. It wasn’t really a smoothie. It was more like some kind of juice mix that was blended with ice. It was more like a ‘slushie’. It didn’t seem like there was any fresh (or even frozen) mango in it. The flavor made me think of those “Ceres” brand juice blends that come in cartons. Very bizarre. Rockaberry, please refer to ´Presotea’, or even McDonald’s (Gasp!) on how to make a smoothie. Not sure what you’re serving, but it’s bordering false advertising. It’s no smoothie!

I had not been to this location before (sources), so, based on first impressions, I definitely will be back. They had the oreo cheesecake I wanted, to celebrate hubby's birthday, even surprised me by asking if it was for a birthday and gave me a happy birthday accessory. Nice touch!! Thank you!!

My strawberry cake was amazing until……. I pulled a long, and I mean a good 12 inches out of it. Such a turn off. When I called and suggested that they wear hair nets, the manger Sarah said “we all pull our hair back”. SMH so no hair nets??! I will upload a pic.
