They have been build a duplex beside my house in Tuxedo and have been trouble since the beginning. When they first bought the house next door, they got rid of the Tennant's and left it empty for almost a year. There were constant problems with people squatting in it. They never shoveled the sidewalk or cut the grass. When they finally started building, they were too cheap to get a construction bin. The lot was a mess. My fence tipped over into their excavation and my sidewalk blocks were hanging in mid air because all the dirt caved into their lot. The city got involved because it happened to both houses on either side and was considered a safety hazard. I had called and called, they never once phoned back. They had their site guy call me l told him before they took the fence down or did anything else, l wanted it in writing how they intended to make this right . He agreed. The next day my f nice was gone and the "fixed" my sidewalk. I asked if they had packed it properly because l didn't want to develop water issues in my basement. I was told it didn't need that, it would be fine. I never got the letter and just spent the last 3 hours bailing water out of my basement from exactly the spot that theur excavation caved and took out the fence and sidewalk. I have owned this house since 2007 and this is the first time l have ever had a water issue. Unprofessional company
W	Willard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent excavation work. 5/5 Horrific landscaping work. 2/5 Did not properly prep the area before laying sod down. Didn't roll the sod once it was in place. Left me with large sections of dead grass and charged me for irrigation work that I will have to rip out and redo. Impressed they managed to put the sod down right-side up. Would not use them again and would not recommend them unless you just want stumps and roots removed.
