About Rock Paper Shears Hair Studio
Rock Paper Shears offers the micro weft and hand tied sew in method. This service includes a colour match, custom colour and install. This service requires a consultation beforehand to ensure a proper colour match and ordering of the correct length of hair.
The install price is charged at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. The price of the hair and custom colour will be determined upon consultation.
A tightening every 4-6 weeks is required, at a cost of $40. A tightening booked beyond 6 weeks from the previous installation or maintenance will be charged by the hour at a rate of $100 per hour, depending on how many beads need to be replaced and the condition the extensions are in.

Cassie is the stylist I have been seeing and she is by far one of the best hairstylists I've ever had. She takes her time, is super precise, and my hair always comes out looking even better than what I had expected. She is incredibly sweet and I highly recommend her and the salon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Rock Paper Shears for over 2 years to see Cassie. I have curly hair and she is beyond great at cutting and paying special attention to my curls. She gives great advice for colouring my hair and makes sure I’m not spending money that isn’t needed. If there is anything I’m not 100% happy with she is more than willing to fix it to my liking. The salon is beautiful, comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend it!

Rachel is the sweetest, most caring and talented stylist! My hair is difficult to colour, and she does an amazing job. She LOVES her job and it shows. She also cuts my 2 and 6 year old children’s hair( no easy feat!) We always leave happy and feeling so great. Rock Paper Shears is a beautiful salon and all the employees are organized, kind and welcoming. The owner (Jessalyn) is so great too. Happy client here?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I followed my wonderful hairstylist, Rachel here. I have been with her for just over three years and sad that it hasn’t been longer! She always makes all my hair dreams come true and more. Her balayage is the bomb. I haven’t had it re done for 8 months and with a treatment it looks like it’s brand new. She is also super accommodating!
Not to mention she is the most wonderful person. Full of energy and good vibes, I am lucky to call her my friend.
Rock paper shears is also a great location and gorgeous inside. All the staff seems very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at this studio with Layne. She did an amazing job in achieving my hair color! I was very happy, from the wonderful massage during hair wash to the moment I left salon. She is very professional with great knowledge of products. Even the salon has great ambiance.
Would highly recommend her if you are looking for a hair stylist!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my sister have now been going to rock paper shears since 2017 and absolutely love this place! The service provided is always done phenomenally and thoroughly. The pricing is also very reasonable as they count the product that is being used for the amount used on your hair which is super nice considering everyone has a different length/thickness of hair!! Kaitlyn is my hairdresser and she is always so truthful about what i can and cannot do with my hair. She is thorough and always does my hair PERFECTLY! Although, my sister and I trust all the ladies at rock paper shears hair studio with our hair. I have uploaded a few photos of whenever Kaitlyn has done my hair. 100% recommend to everyone and anyone who wants their hair taken care of properly.

I so enjoy my 'visits' with her and my hair has never looked better! I always get many compliments on my hair and that makes me feel great! I wish I had found her sooner.
