It was extremely difficult to find the best deal in a seller’s market. Faisal helped me found a court ordered sale and got me the best price. Faisal was very knowledgeable and experienced with the court ordered sale. Not only he guided me with the process of writing an offer but also he explained me the extra paperwork that was included as a part of the agreement. I have dealt with several other realtors before and they never explained or went over the contract in details. Faisal did an awesome job in educating, explaining and making the process as smooth as possible. He looked after pretty much everything for me. I was little worried about the other offers that might be presented on the court date, therefore, I stayed connected with Faisal until the court approval day. We were in constant communication and Faisal was always available for me. Furthermore, whenever I wanted to see the property or wanted to show it to my relative, he showed it to me on 24 hours’ notice. I’d highly recommend Faisal Qureshi to be your realtor.
