About Rochdale Massage Therapy

Rochdale Massage Therapy is a home based massage therapy clinic located in North West Regina.

The clinic provides advanced therapeutic and relaxation massage in a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment.

I cater to clients of all ages including children, adults and seniors.  My services include a variety of massage techniques that are designed to relieve the pain and stress related to day to day living, while aiding in the rehabilitation of physical injuries.

About Me

My name is Sarah West and I am the owner of Rochdale Massage Therapy.  I have been a massage therapist since 2003.  I previosly worked with a Chiropractor on Rochdale for 12 years and I am looking forward to caring for you and your loved ones conveniently close to my old location.  I offer the highest quality of care to my clients and am experienced in advanced therapeutic massage, providing relief for a variety of pathologies and injuries.  I am friendly and knowledgeable and I care about all aspects of your treatment. I customize each treatment to meet your specific needs by incorporating a variety of assessment and treatment techniques that are best suited to you as an individual.

As part of my service, I will provide you with knowledge of self-administered pain management techniques such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of heat or cold therapy, which will help you get the most out of each treatment.  My passion as a massage therapist is to provide therapeutic treatment to aid in rehabilitation and provide ongoing care to maintain good function.

Rochdale Massage Therapy is dedicated to improving the general wellbeing of all clients. 

Reception

There is no receptionist at this clinic.  Please take a seat in the front room and make yourself at home.  All clients new to the clinic must fill out a patient history form.  Patient history forms are located on the coffee table or can be downloaded and filled out ahead of time.   Arrive 10 minutes early if you need to fill out paperwork please. I will be with you as soon as I am finished with my current client.   To book an appointment you can visit the appointment book, call, email , or rebook at the time of your appointment.

Directions

The clinic is located at 6235 Hird Crescent, just north of Rochdale Blvd.  Directions can be found on a link on the main page under Directions/Location.

Parking and Entrance

Please park in the driveway, if available, for your ease and convenience.  In the winter season I will insure that the driveway and front sidewalk is clear and sanded for your safety.

The entrance to the clinic is through the front door.  Please come inside and have a seat in the front room.
