★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2013 elantra from them, now when i showed my car to another dealer for resale they told me that its meter readings are changed. Robot auto sales give me false information about kilometers on the car. worst service ever. now i am not getting even half the price which i pay them, that is in less than 7 months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write a review but i do read them. I did financed my car at this dealership and got great rate coz i got a decent credit so the guy who said the interest rate was 25% got nothing to do with the dealership you got a bad credit don't blame anyone!!
Also don"t understand the lady who drove 5 hours to look at 2003 Lincoln and had so many complaints, What are you really expecting from a 15 years old car? it wasn't perfect really?Save your money and get yourself a better car a newer car with less issues.
My experience overall was good with them very straight forward , Got great car good interest rate. I do have one complain though, It took a week to finalize everything but i would still give them 5 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Higher listing price was given to the finance company than was advertised, The finance company says they have a bill of sale from the dealership with my signiture. I did not sign anything of that nature. Also the dealership told me the bank required a 1300 2 year warranty otherwise they would not finance me. It doesnt seem like it would make a difference to the bank, and after researching I found multiple sources saying this is a common scam the delearship does to make more money. After reviwieing the contract in detail in regards to warranty it states nowhere that the bank requires it. Make sure you read the fine print on everything if you choose to use this dealership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I live an hour away from there. It was so worth the drive! I absolutely love this dealer! Eddie was amazing! I will be going back to buy my daughter a car! I wasn't pressured into buying what they wanted to sell like most dealers. I walked around the lot and looked without people swarming me trying to make a sale! Eddie is very honest and goes out of his way to make sure you're happy! I went to countless dealers before buying at Toronto. I'm extremely happy with the choice I made and you will be too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful experience with Eddy and Mac! They are good, honest people, who care greatly for their customers, and they are also really fun to talk to. But most importantly, their service is excellent. They took us with the car to multiple inspections, fixed a few small issues with the car, filled up the fluids, and gave us a car at a great price and in good working order. We love it! We highly recommend and will probably get our next car from them too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. I got there and no one helped me, had to wait 15 mins in the sun after driving 1hr from Toronto before one of the two guys had approached me. Sale price on the car was 2.8k with safety (originally 3.5k for a 05 Acura EL with clean carfax and title). Once I finally got there attention and looked at the car the brakes were metal to metal for all 4, both control arms and shocks were worn pretty bad. The car had an odometer reading of 117,000 but he hadn’t mentioned that the odometer was changed and the car is rebuilt until I brought up the car drives like it has over 250,000 kms. At the end he also tried selling me the car for 3.5k and wanted proof from me that his ad that he had put up listed the price at 2.8k. This dealership will not only waste your time but rip you off too. Go through the comments, all of the one star reviews have many likes (?) but very little of the 5 star reviews have 1 to none. I’ve been to many dealerships, this is by far the worst.
