★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn’t appreciate the brusque and negative attitude the person fixing my 91 year old father’s hearing aid displayed towards me. I was very taken aback by her asking me what she should do with the hearing aid! Like I know anything about it! Come on, if we had purchased them there would you be a bit more pleasant? Well no chance of that now. Davidson’s here I come!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here since 10:30am for 10:45am appt (it is now 11:25am). Reception staff did not provide appropriate form until 11:15 despite me 'checking in' with my name, time of appt etc @ 10:35am.- Westgate Shopping Centre location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a great experience here. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Natacha was my audiologist - she was excellent, professional and took the time to explain the potential causes of my tinnitus to me. I think she could tell that I was anxious, and she took the time to educate and reassure me, which I really appreciated. Definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a hearing test for baseline. $50 since no OHIP. They actually pick up the phone when you call, unlike many other places in Ottawa
They have all the tools and stuff for proper hearing tests, the place is larger than it looks in pictures.
Audiologist was nice and explained each step well.
COVID protocols were good, everyone had their masks and the space was there for distancing. + they accept American Express

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the doctor/audiologist was very condescending, rude, and dismissive when i was expressing the concerns and issues i was experiencing with my sudden hearing loss to her in great detail. an utterly horrible experience, i could not believe the lack of empathy in this doctor towards someone who had just experienced significant damage to their sense, and i would avoid this clinic and dr. fatiha if you care about your hearing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The audiologist was very patient with my father and laughed politely at all his jokes even after he repeated them several times. Got him set up with new hearing aids and they really make a difference. The audiologist didn't try to upsell or add unnecessary features. Simplest is best for my father right now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried getting a replacement rechargeable battery ($80.00 ea. ridiculous) and was told it would take a few days and that I was still covered under the warranty,great! I waited a week and called back only to find out that nothing had been done and got the run around immediately, the same individual ask me the same question from a week earlier, I gave up on them!
