★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acheter un chalet lorsqu'on vit en France au pieds des Alpes pouvait paraitre étrange à nos interlocuteurs; Pas pour Robert Laporte qui contacté par Mail suite à une sélection de biens sur Internet s'est rendu disponible et à notre écoute dès les premiers échanges; Nous étions de passage à Montréal et il fallait en une journée organiser toutes les visites et Robert nous a présenter 5 biens en prenant le temps lors d'un breakfast de nous montrer l'environnement, les points d'intérêts, l'état du marché; Le coup de coeur pour notre chalet a été immédiat et de retour en France, nous avons à distance et avec l'aide mené à bien l'acquisition dans les conditions que nous souhaitions; Sans le professionnalisme, la patience, la disponibilité, la gentillesse de Robert Laporte ce projet n'aurait pu aboutir; Au-delà de cette achat Robert est devenu un ami sur lequel nous pouvons compter pour ces conseils avisés pour l'entretien et les travaux d'amélioration de notre chalet; Chaque fois que nous venons à Tremblant, c'est un plaisir de retrouver Robert Laporte pour un bon repas ou quelques descentes à ski; C'est sans hésitation que je recommanderai Robert Laporte pour l'acquisition en toute confiance d'un bien immobilier;

Que dire de plus, pas de point négatif. ce niveau d'expertise est rarement rencontré. Pour ma part après 12 acquisitions réparties dans 3 pays et une cinquantaine d'agence sollicitées, Robert se classe au-dessus du lot et de loin.
Et je ne passerai pas sous silence l'implication de Robert post acquisition pour nous accompagner dans la gestion de cette mésaventure afin de nous permettre d'absorber le choc et de la gérer au mieux.
Sans Robert, sa capacité d'écoute, son implication dans notre projet (il nous a permis de l'améliorer) et sa capacité de négociation avec le vendeur il n'y aurait pas eu d'achat."
