★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this place less than a star if possible. Steer away as I started the process early March for income tax season for them to take weeks to ask for additional documentation and email me at midnight with questions I've already answered.
Last straw was being told by Rob to stick my return where the sun doesn't shine after asking why my return is slipping through the cracks so often.
