Après avoir essayé une autre compagnie, j'ai vite découvert l'écart tant au niveau du prix, du suivi entre ces deux compagnies. Ce qui fait la différence, c'est la cédule de suivi de RMB Extermination inc, ce qui en soi constitue l'aspect le plus important au niveau des résultats pour votre argent. Le soutien administratif du personnel (Océane et Isabelle) est très plaisant. Ils vont aller au delà de leur limite afin de rencontrer vos besoins et prendre le temps pour vous expliquer le processus de facturation. Le monsieur est venu et il m'a dit si vous avez un couvre lit et des couvre oreillers ben ont a pas besoin de désinfecter .en tant que locataire d'un hlm,j'aurais pensée plus de professionnalisme !

Not a great experience ..i reside in a low cost housing unit who has a contract with this company for the extermination of unwanted pests..when given a set date for the service i was told that no our personnel does not call 30 minutes ahead to say that they are on the way...i am employed at a distance not too far from my residence and thought this would be convenient and i could be here in a timely fashion however i was told that i would just have to stay home from 8 am to 4 pm and wait for someone to show up to do a 15 minute job the woman i spoke with was rude and expected me to accept this with no further discussion...i have since cancelled this appointment and will never ever call this fine and upstanding model of efficiency and customer service....BEWARE
