★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This my second time I get screwed by them first time I thought it’s winter lots of truck breakdown but this time to fix harness they it’s 3 hour job I book my truck for Monday I called them on Tuesday for update the lady at service counter name Sydney told me it will be ready this after afternoon i book my load according to there eta they provided me but I didn’t receive any call from them then I again call them at 4:25pm to have updates she said it won’t be ready till Wednesday late morning reason is we don’t have mechanic I request specially to Indian community don’t go there they will give you hard time better to go Detroit or elsewhere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just went there to get service done on coolant leak lines . Charged me $1900 just to fix that and when they returned my truck my inverter and microwave was out of order. It was just working fine before I gave my truck for service . When asked they are blaming on me that it was not working . I am going to take this claim to the court . As this is not fair. They try to make things out of order just rip of customers. STAY AWAY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware, in 2018 I had my driver drop off my 2013 W star hwy truck because the dd15 engine was not running well. They had the truck for nearly a week and spent numerous hours diagnosing and changing sensors and unnecessary parts and stuck me with a $7400 bill. Shortly after releasing the truck the engine started to sputter again. The driver limped the truck back to Abbotsford western star where they gave the engine a valve set and changed the air cleaners and it ran fine after that.
Totally frustrating. Thanks for reading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, the foreman the service manager, and the front people always cover their backs, costumer always wrong. From wrong information in bookings and diagnostics on trucks. Where ever day they tell your book count at least 3 days more and "MAKE SURE YOU GET THE NAMES FROM THE PEOPLE YOU TALK" apparently you need to do it, basically proof.
Very disappointed with how they manage customers. "sometimes is better to pay a shop that u can trust than taking the truck here for warranty"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for an interview as admin staff and was told that its a requirement that all staff have natural looking hair color; and would I consider changing my (bight red hair color) to a natural color. I asked "what those colors where?" didn't receive a response. I thanked them for my time and showed myself out. It's astonishing the questions employers think they are allowed to ask. Please educate yourselves on the ethical ways to interview.
