★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review is true and accurate. Riverview is joke. I asked for an estimate for a full install of heating and air unit with duct work.
The company responded quickly by sending over a company employee and said an estimate would be prepared and ready in a couple days but also informed us their AC guy was not available.
Three weeks later and two unresponsive follow up calls to their business and msgs left to let us know about the estimate no calls returned.
So today Monday June 7 2021 on a whim I thought let me call again and to my surprise a female voice actually answered the phone.
I asked why no estimate was available and was told their AC guy had surgery. I asked what does providing an estimate have to do with the employee not at work that I was already aware of.
The female then became very upset and said we'll pass thanks.
I agreed because if a company cannot provide a simple estate then what does that mean if they're the ones that need to service the product in the future.
Unreliable and unprofessional with no consumer trust to do a simple estate and I should trust a full install.
