★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give Riverview crossing a 4 star because it does have a nice upper floor with a variety of services including a learning centre, various doctor and dentist services, outreach program center, eyeglass outlet and a couple vacant spots for lease. I MUST ADVISE that I have seen the blueprint/drawing of the complete renonvation which includes a complete exterior and interior renovation, the old Safeway location has been leased to an entertainment company which is said to bring extensive traffic to the mall but the management stopped short of giving the name. I was informed the mall is under new ownership and they are committed to the revitalization of the mall completely. I would give it a 5 star with what I saw and heard regarding the renovation and plans for the ongoing renovations. After speaking to some of the tenants they were extremely happy with the new ownership and the promise it brings to the future of business in the mall which is still under the signage of Abbottsfield Mall but will be changed to Riverview Crossing soon and the exterior is beginning its facelift now and that also includes new entrances with wheelchair access which it does not have at the present.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly came to the mall to see my doctor and I couldn’t find any parking! Imagine being sick and having to walk to the other side of the mall because there’s no parking. There is at least two rows of reserved parking g but nothing else is open! Really disappointing and difficult for patient who are sick and can’t walk that far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ New and updated. This mall has been going through a major renovation over the past year or so. Keep in mind when I say mall this place is on the small end of the scale. The mall was formerly the Abbottsfield Mall that had a bad reputation so the name change and renovations were greatly needed. There is no food court but there are public washrooms. The mall has a pharmacy, professional services on the second floor like doctors and dentist and lab services. There is also a Walmart and a Dollar store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice quaint little mall, it has a library, Amazone (indoor playground) couple pharmacies, walk in clinics, health store, Dollartree and 2 restaurants, Mama Donair and Healthy or Not, great food for good affordable prices and friendly staff always ready to greet you with a friendly smile, and make you feel welcome.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall is sketchy af. Plus there's nothing to do. There's like 2-3 stores. Worst mall in Edmonton by far. The most exciting store in the mall is the dollar store. Will not be coming back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge place, incredibly amazing food, great huge play area. Kids had a great time. Parking was very horrible. Very limited spots for such a big play area able to host huge parties = horrible parking experience.
