★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible service. Their ETA on fire extinguisher servicing is completely unacceptable. When I confronted them and asked them why it took over a month (nearly two) to get my fire extinguishers re-certified, they simply replied that they had other businesses that took priority. What a great way to make a customer feel valued.
When I asked if they would do something about the charges due to the multiple delays, they told me flat out that if I didn't pay in full they would just remove their re-certification tags and I could go elsewhere. They were not interested in retaining my business or compromising whatsoever.
If this is their standard for customer service, who knows if their actual servicing is up to standard as well.
There are other places in Calgary that I'm sure would treat you better than this business.
I would not recommend Riverstar to anyone.

They even offered us a loaner fire extinguisher in the mean time at no additional charge. They also have a good selection of new fire extinguishers and mounting brackets. I recommend using Riverstar Fire Protection.
