I used to go there but found there was way to much wrong with my teet that really weren’t to many root canals but I did like Ross he was nice now I go to geogian family Dentisty they are amazing and really nice

Ross Chiaramonte : don't bother with this con man. tried to scam a family members insurance company. since when does a filling cost $9,999.99 ...get a grip you crook, how this man is still has a job and isn't in jail is mind boggling

Agree with Anne T's review. Went there four months ago and my root canal was not done properly. Sent my complaint to The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario via registered letter that required them to sign for it. Have a new dentist. This business needs a new ethical and professional dentist.

well it's an okay place and it's better then nothing like been to worse dentist in my years.

I used to be a dental patient at your clinic and suffice to say that this practice needs to taken over by a ethical professional dentist. I came in to have a broken tooth repaired and my dental coverage was indeed overcharged for the procedure. I've got concrete proof of that and have mailed a copy of it to the The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario via registered letter and I have the response letter from them in a file at home. And I am not the only dental patient at your clinic that gotten shoddy dental work and be over charged and the procedures not done properly. Dr. Ross Chiaramonte admitted he was guilty of that. And have you forgotten all of this too? "Ross Chiaramonte, a dentist from Owen Sound in Canada, has pleaded guilty in the Ontario Court of Justice to two counts of uttering threats; once for aggressive physical hurt to a young patient's mother and a separate charge of threatening the life of one of his wife's family." "An Owen Sound, Ontario dentist’s practice will be monitored for three years after submitting false/misleading billings and claims to insurers seeking reimbursement of about $300,000. The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario’s discipline committee says Dr. Ross Chiaramonte charged excessive/unreasonable fees, charged for incomplete treatment, charged for treatment not performed, charged excessive amounts for emergency and specific examinations, billed for services not rendered, and didn’t bill patients for charges not covered by the dental plan. He pleaded guilty to 11 professional misconduct allegations and he is currently on an eight-month suspension. As a result of his misconduct, all of Dr. Chiaramonte’s charts and records will also be reviewed for the next three years." After that I certainly would never ever trust him ever again to be my dentist nor would my family, friends and many other people that I know. I've recently spoken with a supervisor at The Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario and they are still monitoring him to this day. And he should have never ever have gone back to being a dentist to treating patients. I've permanently switched dentists and couldn't be happier.

The staff as well as Dr. Ross are incredibly friendly and it feels like you're amongst friends. They are very concerned with your comfortability and wellness and it's very much appreciated. I highly recommend this dental establishment to anyone looking for friendly service and high quality work.

Everyone is extremely nice and very professional. Ive been going to riverside for around 2 years on and off and honestly ive never had any issues at all. I hate going to the dentist and get some anxiety when i have to go but they always make me feel very comfortable and joke with me, they make the visit very pleasant. Dr Ross does great work, he's very professional and good at what he does.
