About River Lane Ranch

Keghan Baird is an old soul. You’ll know that as soon as you meet him. It’s like he’s lived 10 lifetimes already in just this one. Strong and proud he says what he means and does what he says. His role on the ranch is training our horses and putting on the finishing touches. He is also the one bringing in hay and feed, fixing and repairing just about anything, pasture management and the list goes on. Many have noticed that he looks a lot like Rip from Yellowstone. We have said that if a role was scripted for Keghan, it would very much be similar to Rip. What you see…is what you get.

It is truly magic on earth and 100 times better than Disney Land. Look up. CARMEL Baird amazing woman. Gifted. Kind. Compassionate. A powerful women and healer.
S	Sarah Hawn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This family runs a nonprofit and operates as scam artists. The wife is a tv star but owes clients tons of money for services they never received. They claim to need money to run their ranch but really they operate as horse flippers. If you want to provide proper training to horses then resell that is one thing but using your tv background and giving the horses nothing to make them worth additional funds is a joke! They say the nonprofit has minimal funding because of federal funding cuts. I would be surprised if they weren’t negligent with the funds it does raise due to the reputation they are making for themselves. Finally if you are involved in the Gypsy Vanner breed...for breeding and claim that you only use this breed of horses solely to benefit others with your nonprofit. You are truly a con artist. People love this breed and they are wonderful, but you don’t need to own $50,000 horses for the benefit of therapy. They are not service animals! They are not trained to save lives or catch criminals. One would think the reason they use this breed is for their breeding and resale value. They also avoid paying taxes. I am disgusted! Do not support this farm or Dave and Carmel Joy Baird!

It was very well organized, and features great prizes and even a live band one evening. To my knowledge it was their first show, but in my opinion went off without a hitch. Beautiful location and very friendly staff. Will attend next year!

It has been booked and canceled twice and I have been told they are working on a new date . When I called, the voice mail box is full. I don’t understand how Carmel can continue with new events but not be well enough to take care of previous commitments! I was told I could have a photo reading in the mean time but when I ask to take her up on the offer it was not honoured. At this point I would just like my money back .
R	Roger the gun guy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont typically write reviews, but i do read them...all. I read 3 negative reviews and I can honestly say I have NO CLUE what they are going on about. It reminds me of a 6 year old child that was told NO and got angry because they didn't get their way and now they are trying to drag peoples name through the mud to make themselves feel better about themselves lol (kinda like a disgruntled employee) this being said, I drove out to the ranch on several occasions and have met the Bairds, I can without a doubt tell you these are some of the most caring, down to earth and genuine people ive ever met. BAR NONE! . and there's a lot of them lol ..... as for the ranch itself, its very well run the animals are exceptionally well cared for and not to mention its an amazing location :) dont let a couple of childish reviews sway you.... take a trip and see for yourself

The energy at the ranch is so packed with live it is very calming there. Walking around and seeing the horses it is beautiful. If you have the opportunity to go don't waste time booking today. The staff is very knowledgeable and understanding. There are lots of things to do at the ranch lots of space to park and it is very clean and easy to locate. Thank you ladies for sharing your beautiful place with me. It is a place memories are made and remembered.
