★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great when managed by akman, with globe taking over it has gone down hill every year after that. They can't seem to keep a caretaker for longer than four months at a time and the current one is a snooping harpy that is incredibly passive aggressive. Trash, would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced and underwhelming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to live, lots of space, quite, clean and just a short walk to Safeway, Shoppers and lots more. No need to haul my laundry to other floors as each floor has laundry facilities that are clean and tidy. In the evening when you've been at work all day the large balconies are great place to relax when it's warm out. The outdoor pool here is a terrific extra and is open from 10 am until dusk. The resident manager is polite, helpful and does a great job keeping the building and grounds clean throughout the year. The best manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Only regret is I had to leave, but when ever I have a chance to move back to Winnipeg, I will look up this place :)
