She helped me to uncover some roadblocks that I have been carrying with me for many years that were impeding me from taking action on my goals. She helped me identify a clear picture of what I wanted for my future, and supported me in taking action towards that goal. I would highly recommend Lise if you're looking for a coach!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speaking with Lise was the best thing I could have been given the opportunity to do in a very desperate moment of need. I had been in a situation where my well was completely empty, lost my sense of self, and lost my motivation.
Upon my first session with Lise, I was able to feel empowered, and ultimately feel more of a sense of self-worth that enabled me to leave a toxic/ abusive relationship. I have since been able to lean on her for support, motivation and obtaining feedback on how to keep me on the right track to loving myself, reaching my life goals, feeling grounded, and letting go of the things/people that no longer serve me.
Lise helped me appreciate letting go of intrusive/negative way of thinking through meditation which helped my anxiety and sadness during very hard times.
