V	Von Axl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used their service for a purchase of a property in July 2020- wanted to charge us $1000 for a deed insurance initially and after telling them its too high compared to other insurance they dropped it by alot. They asked the seller $1000 to renew the certificate of location. The land surveyors came over December 2020 we were told it would be ready within a month. It's July 2021 now, it's been a year since we bought the house I have been calling every week for months because we need the certificate to install a pool this summer. Promises made to call me back every week and no call backs, noone knows what's going on with my file, they said my husband picked it up and he never did and they never even called us to say it was ready. I would not be surprised if they gave the certificate to someone else. The fee is so not worth the service, my god. Please AVOID this notary.

She does everything at the last minute and made two mistakes - one with the calculation of the property tax and the other with the mortgage discharge. She might be a very capable and kind person but doing everything at the last minute causes her to make mistakes. It is also quite unprofessional. I also asked to review the documents via email before signing and she did not send me everything. I am giving an extra star for her kindness but I would not do business with her again.

She is a very difficult lawyer to deal with, you will have to constantly follow up with her to get a reply or be able to talk to her. Her secretary always says that she is busy and isn't available. We had so much problem and stress working with her for a purchase of property, we sent her everything before, keeps reminding her but she did everything last minute, made lots of confusions and mistakes multiple times, delay the closing date and caused more problems with the bank and seller. The seller wanted to back out since she did her checks last minute and then requested a few more docs. I believe if she is busy or overloaded, she shouldn't take more files and commit herself, let other lawyers who have capacity and can meet the deadline to work- we asked her before if she is free and she said yes but it wasn't the case. It was our first time purchase and the process was such a pain and unprofessional.
