The good: They were able to accommodate by setting up one day earlier.
The bad: The other side had gotten a contract from them with a specific date range. When they went to pay the deposit the Company decided they would charge more because business had picked up. Ultimately they lost business by being greedy.
I was very specific with my request about the carpet being smooth, otherwise not wanting it as it is a hazard. I was told to not worry this would be done no problem. It was not put done properly, I had to fix it myself.
The dance floor, they did not deliver the full amount of flooring, which they apologized for, but was disappointing.
Also when they put in tents and I told them they had to move them back they wrecked our lawn by sliding the poles and slicing chunks of dirt and grass out.
Then on the day of the wedding they started calling us wanting to take down the tents (2 days before they were supposed to take them).
Overall: they might be cheaper but you get what you pay for.
