★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridgewood is THE worst place to work. Everybody who goes there is miserable and the employers are a big joke. The place is filthy and people that been there for 20+ years are still making $14.75. This is no joke you want proof go ask them yourselves. I have been told every day to leave and find something better. I didn't take it seriously until the 2nd week into the job. The manager is a French entitled little man who screams at you for doing your job. Again, NOT a joke. Sure there's benefits but they're not good enough to stay at the run down place. If I was anyone on this planet I'd stay clear from this place for employment. You'd have better pay and benefits working at McDonald's. They're very disrespectful and rude and have no idea how to treat their employees. There's honestly NOTHING nice to say about this place and the employers. They're all just a bunch of jokes and don't care. 75-90% of the people that stay have not finished high school. A lot of grade 9 drop outside and have no drive for anything better in life. That is all I have to say. Thank you and please DO NOT WORK THEIR. You'll thank me.
