★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiancé move a couple years ago and the landlord still hasn’t removed her phone number from the buzzer. When we tried calling today he just hung up after we asked to get the number removed again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad, this place is in such a beautiful location. My friend lives in there, and the landlord is a total Azz. The main entrance door, keeps getting broken, there are not screens on the windows, and there are dead bugs all over on the stairs. When you address any concern to the manager, he dismisses the problem by getting all defensive, and denying the problem. This landlord, has very little or nothing at all good managing skills. I am telling my friend to just get the heck out of there. Don't rent in there. That landlord is a passive aggressive person according to my friend, and he is not taking care of those properties properly. All the tenants should get together, and bring those issues to the landlord and tenancy board.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't snowplow the parking lots, even when there's a snowstorm, the hallways always stink, the rent is ridiculous for what you get. When I moved into my apartment my kitchen countertop was burnt by the stove, it had bad drywall patch up jobs, some of the drywall wasn't even fixed, broken light switch, nicks in the floor and I'm still finding stuff that's damaged in the apartment. Definitely the worst place to rent in Rocky Mountain House. Any rating that's 4 or 5 stars I guarantee you is fake.
