★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went with some friends and took a firearms course there to get our PALs. We signed up through Canadian Tire. The people there are great! Test wasn't too hard (we were doing non-Restricted firearms). Would definitely recommend.

We were lucky to have found Ridgedale on the internet, and apply for membership. The rewards of being a member are immeasurable. Countless smiles and memories created by this facility for me, my family, and my friends. Looking forward to many years of membership and more memories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I go to Ridgedale for Trap. Ridgeale has two Trap machines and they shoot trap on Tuesday evening and 1st Sunday of the month. There is usually a good bunch of people there. The fellow shooters are friendly and offer a tip or two. Not only can one have a good experience shooting trap, it is also a good social outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ been a member for over 6 years. The club is great at what it does but severely lacks in some areas. The range is closed when its dark, that means that if you like to shoot on weekdays and work 8-5 your screwed. Lots of rules are enforced here that are not conducive to firearm training. holster work, shooting and moving, shooting steel, all things you cant do here. They need to get some lights setup so people can actually use the range 12 months of the year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great range to shoot at as I've been a member since 2011 shooting pistol and rifle, but it really starts to get frustrating when they are closed to their members many days of the week for private events (police training), trap shooting, etc. I have no problem with being a member here, but it'd be nice to be able to shoot here also on my days off.
It would be awesome to have some tactical-type training courses here too at some point in the future for members who may be interested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice facility, great for general shooting. Biggest complaints are that you can't shoot steel/spinning targets, which is disappointing, as well as the APD/VPD are constantly shooting on the pistol range, which means members can not shoot skeet/trap, and are forced to shoot pistol on the rifle range. It's been as high as 4 days through the week where they occupie the pistol range, which is frustrating as someone who's days off work are week days.
