β β β β β Mostly wanted to try a flight of their beers but ended up really enjoying all 3 of our dishes. The basswood garden salad, taco and sweet potato fries were all very good. For our flight we tried Blonde, Amber, American Pale Ale and Tiramisu Pastry Stout and we enjoyed all of them. Great place to stop after visiting the Diefenbunker.

β β β β β Really great little brewery with a cool old building that has some unique history. Their ipa is fantastic and the guy working the bar was exceptional. They have several TVs for sports viewing as well. They also have a very cool vault in the basement for private functions. Update: their beer is even better and the pizza is otherworldly good

β β β β β Wonderful meal on the patio, service was friendly and helpful and quick. Menu is not huge but lots of variety in the choices. Their fries are great. Iβd give a 4.5 if I could - but err on the positive.

β β β β β Great service, delicious food, and the live music was so good!! A little too loud when the music started but everything else was so great that it would not affect my opinion. Didn't have any beer, but everyone at the table loved all their food, nothing bad to say at all. Despite it being very busy our server was fast and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

β β β β β Nothing but good things to say about our dinner here. We got a flight of beer to try 4 different ones and I got the Burger with a Caesar on the side. The wait staff was attentive even though it was busy, the food was great and the beer went down well. Carp is lucky to have a brewery right in the heart of it like this!

β β β β β Great beer and great vibes. The staff is creative in their food offerings, events and in creating a wholesome, exciting experience to share with friends. The brew house is run by a highly skilled brewmaster who really cares about his craft.

β β β β β Iβve been trying to get to this place for a couple of years now - owned in part by local NHLer Calvin de Haan and the son of a former colleague.
The beer was delicious and the food quite good! Great vibe/atmosphere. Definitely going back!
