S	S M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and Impressive Team. Could not praise them more highly. They gave a detailed estimate so I could be sure what was included in the price. The estimate was fair and comparable to others we received. They were quick to respond to any questions and friendly to deal with at all times. On the day of the tree removal, they arrived on time and set about the job in a very organized manner. They worked quickly, efficiently and respectfully for the tree, the owner and the neighbourhood. The clean up process was very impressive. They tidied everything up so beautifully and with great consideration to the owner. Payment options were very convenient as well. On the whole, they were excellent and I would recommend them every time. Thank you so much for doing such a great job!

He came up with a detailed plan and explained all the steps in the process. He came back this week to do the job and the result is amazing! It was a huge job and his crew was done within the day and there wasn't a single trace in the yard that they had even been there. I'd bring Alex and his team in for any and all future jobs.

They also removed other small branches not a part of the original scope. and then they raked the entire yard of the leaves! wow A1 service and all with a friendly customer oriented crew. No wonder they are busy and only available in Maple Ridge BC. If there is any tree service required give Alex a call first.

Both my front and rear yards were left cleaner than when they arrived. If I could only recommend one business this year, Ridge Meadows Tree Service would be it! Read any other reviews they are all glowing and that isn't a coincidence, it's very well deserved praise. My neighbours have all used different arborists in the past but they all had bad experiences, today all of them quickly commented just how impressed they were with Alex and crew. Whenever, I was with Alex his phone was always ringing or receiving messages about work (very good sign), so Jenny would handle the calls while Alex stayed focused on our discussion about the job. Need work on trees, call these guys, they will get back to you!

They explained in detail the process to apply for the permit and the actual tree removal. They provided a complete estimate with a great price. Their service went beyond my expectations.

We like to support local businesses and friends/families businesses where we can. Alex & staff were super responsive, friendly and professional. They provided a very reasonable quote and were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were going to do with the tree. We agreed to move ahead with the estimate provided and once they came back the following week it was no different of an experience than what we had already had. They were fabulous! They did an amazing job with the tree, stayed within the allotted time provided in the estimate (even shaved off an hour and stuck by this by revising the invoice), they were super friendly, professional and we are extremely pleased with the clean up and final product. We would highly recommend Alex and the company, you guys were amazing!
