Ridge Church - Maple Ridge

I love the Sunday services and all the programs available r terrific. Looking forward to 2019 with my church family.

They put on a dinner every 2 weeks called Petals for women and children. Really good way to meet new people and enjoy a great dinner

A great Bible teaching church we found after moving to Maple Ridge five years ago. Great kids programs and Sunday sermons.

I only walked by to get photos and checked the front door for an hours of operation photo. I walked away when that could not be found and a staff person came out of the building to offer help. Do apparently staff here are both outgoing as well as helpful.

Such a welcoming church, reminds me a lot of my old church!

Update follows below this original review. Being new to this church, I first checked out their website. There was a section for newcomers with a form to complete for inquiries which I filled it out and sent. That was the morning of Sunday, November 21st. Here it is December 4th now and I still have not received the reply that their page said I would :( I don't know, but I kinda figure that if a CHURCH can't be bothered to do what they have said they would do... I mean, when this involves newcomers the message conveyed by this lack of action on the church's part is certainly not one of welcome. As a matter of fact what it can be taken to say to an individual that they really don't matter, they are of no value or perhaps even worthless. I understand human error, but this could easily be a crucial point in a persons life especially if this person is not only new to this church, but to the Christian faith as well. UPDATE: It's now March 21, 2022 and 4 months since I completed and submitted an online form which I found in the "newcomers" section of this church's website. Still no response. How depressing that is, to be so unwanted that even a church can't be bothered. I know that my online form was received because I was sent a confirmation email on the same day. It advised I had registered for "SAY HELLO!" and that "Dayna Olsen-Brooks" would "connect" with me soon. According to the vast majority of reviews, this sounds like a wonderful church. It probably is... and I'm left to think that it is only me that they ignore :-/
