After I bought the car, after a few days I saw oil drip from the front of the car. I spoke to Mr. Fred and without any problems or questions, his mechanic inspected the problem, replaced the necessary part and fixed the car. I am very thankful to him for five star service. He is truly a gem of a person. I am glad I did business with him. Again, He is a 5 star dealer and I strongly recommend his services. Original - I am a legit customer of Ride Flex Auto. I bought 2013 Dodge Journey from Mr. Fred.It has been a very smooth business transaction with him. I am new to Canada was looking for a trust worthy dealer. He patiently discussed our requirements and guided us to the better suited car. He helped us with finance process and offered a great deal on the warranty. I cannot thank him enough for his help and professionalism during this process. He is a 5 star dealer. I strongly recommend his services.

I noticed an issue that had not been addressed by the nearby mechanic's shop that did the certification on the vehicle. I immediately contacted Fred regarding the issue. He was very sincere and concerned that I was happy with the vehicle. Since I was from out of town he allowed me to use my own trusted mechanic to get the issue fixed, and Fred covered the repair cost. I know I can be difficult to deal with at times, and Fred was very professional, and concerned that things were fixed right and that I was happy with the end result. Thank you Fred!!!!

That being said, I will update this review if any issues arise. One small thing is I wish the interior was detailed prior to me picking it up but he certainly made up for it with other small extras.
