★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are quoting me 30% more than Home Hardware down the road. I mentioned it to my account sales rep and the branch manager and they said, "the price is the price". Be smart and shop around and you may have to take your business elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a simple pipe fitting, local business to repair a local business, and since I didn't have an account, they would not sell to me, when I explained to them that I had purchased there before, their response was...
"What part of you need an account don't you understand..."
Do yourself a favour, just pass this vendor by.
Personal opinion:
In this day and age of shutdowns, a local business not helping out other local businesses is deplorable, and it is not worth my business. Take your money elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. I'm a licensed plumber. I had worked there for a year. With cost of living had to find another job, management wouldnt let work only 8 hours instead of 10 so i could work both jobs. Even with knowing I was looking for another job I wasn't offered more money or anything to stay, even being the only person in the building that knew the product. So i had to quit and go with the better paying less hours job. Now they wont sell to me. Probably for the best because there prices are almost double anywhere else.
