★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is always so good. The staff are super friendly and remember your face. They even made pancakes for dinner for my son when he wanted them. Love eating here and it's a great place for a good meal with family. I've never had to wait long for a table or service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got Amazing service when I went there for breakfast and dinner. The food they served was freshly made with efficient service from all the personnel working there. Sonali in particular was very helpful. Their Waffles & Chicken strips, fettuceni Alfredo, Picollo Bread, Apple Deep dish, everything that I tried, was wonderful. I’ll go there again when I go to Kelowna. Cheers!

I have worked in the industry for many years. As a server/bartender, manager, and cook. Ricky's failed to deliver an experience to me and my partner that would wow us and compell us to come back.
Service: I won't mention the servers name out of respect, she wasn't particularly friendly but she wasn't unfriendly. It was very awkward and strange when she came around. Asked us once if we needed refills and didn't really touch the table after that, only when we finished and she needed money, did she come back to collect.
Food:the food is terribly over priced for the quality you get. French toast absolutely drenched in syrup... Chicken and waffles that looked as if there were reheated from a frozen state. And all these items aren't cheap. I expect to pay almost $20 per item and get something that tastes Atleast decent.
The potatoes are ABSOLUTELY DOG FOOD TRASH. As a matter of fact, as a dog lover, I wouldn't feed my dog these potatoes. The garbage is where they came from and that's where they should stay.
All in all, I will not EVER go back to Ricky's for the remainder of my years in Kelowna and suggest you stay far away from this embarrassing restaurant.

My bennies were pretty delicious but the eggs did not come out as asked.
The wife’s two by five were pretty good by her standards and she’s picky
Unfortunately our server did not come by once to ask how were the first bites so I couldn’t bring up my undercooked eggs and we were never asked if we wanted refills.
She was very nice and courteous but some basics could be improved.
As well as there was two guys just walking around with no masks on and no one saying anything about it.
Pros: Fast seating, Tasteful food, reasonable speed
Cons: Quality checking, lack of mask enforcement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mother's Day: I found their website and two dishes were ordered and paid for, with a pickup time twenty minutes hence. I arrived ten minutes after the declared time, so they would have more time for preparation. The server informed me that one ordered dish was unavailable and another choice was made. In short, the online ordering process and the staff' s processing were not in sync that time (it happens) The end products were delicious; a nice addition of spiciness, ample servings, cooked perfectly, and fair price point. We will go for a dine in meal and try other interesting items - their spectrum of choices on the menu is well filled and vegetarian options are available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waitress was wonderful and helpful & deserves 5 stars. However, hands down the WORST restaurant food I've ever seen served. I already sent back and got a refund for the half handful bag of chewy curly fries that cost $7
The picture is of the 4 cheese broccoli soup. The top 2" layer peeled back (croutons) to reveal 3 bites of soup. It cost $10 ?
I get times are hard, but this was awful. I can not give lower stars for the food or value. Disgusting. I didn't bother going back for a full refund, but it all ended up in the garbage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered 2 Classic Clubhouse Sandwiches with tomato basil soup and fries on the side (takeout). Sandwiches were good with chicken pieces and not deli meat but the bread was a little dry. I toasted the bread at home. Soup was good, densely flavoured. It tasted like it was made in the restaurant not some canned version. Didn’t like the fries, they were pretty soggy and not fresh at all. So overall nice!
