β β β β β Smaller library. All open area so no real quiet place to hide in or study at, though they do have a study area. With compartment cubicles and wifi as well as pinter access for your computing needs not to mention computers also.

β β β β β Worst. I reached there at 4.15 to take a print and scan my documents and they wasted my time. I couldn't scan my documents and they wasted my time telling me I don't have the Richmond Library card. I had VPL card. Instead of taking print and scan of my documents with 15mints, I waited for 45mints and couldn't scan my documents. No people for proper assistance. I waited for long and when I reached near system they told me I can't access it because I have to log in 30mints before. Worst library I've ever went.

β β β β β Nice small and quiet community library. I come stop by after work to study and typically, there is no more that 2 people around the study area. Easy to concentrate. They have a wicked manga collection and love to browse to see whatβs new, which they have often.
