★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our son Michael sustained a TBI in May 2006 following which he undertook HBOT at the Richmond Hyperbaric Health Center. When doctors had all said that nothing could be done while in a 6 months comatose condition, the treatments that he undertook daily, allowed him to gradually come out of the coma, and 10 years post injury, he continues making progress. Florence Woo and her professional team, including Dr. Thomas Pak, demonstrated their will and commitment to Michael’s recovery. Michael has now resumed eating, speaking, and walking with very little or no assistance. He continues working with therapists weekly, who assist him in setting small but achievable goals.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy allowed Michael to begin a new life with a smile on his face each and every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner who are Asian are rude and obnoxious. She may mean to help like everyone else but due to not understanding the complexities of being severely ill with lack of resources, she cares more for people who are wealthy and shows this by her character and the words she tells other clients that should be private and is very unprofessional. Other people in the clinic has mentioned comments about her but the reason they dont say anything to hear is because there are people who are in desperate need of help. Be aware of her and the money she pushes out of you. She brags about her living conditions when people are potentially very poor and sick which is very unethical and outright outrageous. She things she knows more than anyone else in North America and is not a doctor. I am sure however there are people who have appreciated her help. Don't be pushed around easily by her. It is expensive being chronically sick and desperate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been suffering from insomnia for many years. I came to Richmond Hyperbaric in hope to achieve a better sleep after conventional treatment did not help me. Florence who runs the place was very knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate. She helped with my limited budget and did everything she could to help me get the best out of my treatment. Everyone in the team was very friendly and helpful. I’m thankful for sleeping better now and I feel more energetic then before. I plan to go occasionally and strengthen my health. I cannot thank the team enough!
