★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place, grass is well kept, but much of the view is obstructed by surrounding trees. ALSO, if you are looking at the google map, please REALIZE THAT IT IS INCORRECT and shows the private property to the east of Richardson's lookout highlighted in green. Obey the private property signs if you mistakenly go there as the land owner doesn't have much patience for people that make this mistake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing spectacular because of tree growth obstructing the view of the rolling hills. I believe it was once a more picturesque site. They could maybe increase the height of the lookout platform to improve the view. I is nice enough to stop for a quick view and ha easy quick access to the lookout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay. Nothing much here but you get a good view of the surrounding area. I went during winter and couldn't make much use of the surrounding area, so it was mostly just a field and a platform.
