★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quand je suis allée porter mes impôts, la secrétaire a pris en note toutes mes particularités (enfants, frais de garde, frais d'avocat...) Et m'a dit que les impôts coûtaient 65$. En allant les chercher on me chargeait 170$. J'ai demandé à parler à M.Lamothe car ce n'était pas ce qui m'avait été dit! Il m'a dit que si je n'étais pas contente d'aller ailleurs. J'ai expliqué ne pas avoir le temps et qu'ils auraient simplement dû m'appeler pour m'avertir... Il m'a dit qu'il n'avait pas à appeler personne, m'a crié après très agressivement, m'a arraché mes impôts des mains de façon très agressive et a menacer d'appeler la police si je ne partais pas (j'essayais simplement de lui parler)... Il a refusé que je paie mes impôts pour qu'ils les envoie. Finalement comme je ne partais pas (je devais VRAIMENT envoyer mes impôts) il est revenu pour que je paie, encore très agressif et bête et il m'a dit de ne plus jamais revenir.... Tout ce que je voulais c'était comprendre pourquoi personne ne m'avais avertie que je devrais débourser 100$ de plus et nommer que c'était inacceptable... Gros manque de professionnalisme et savoir vivre. Je comprends il est stressé en fin de période d'impôts mais son comportement était inacceptable...
When I went to carry my taxes, the secretary took note of all my particularities (children, childcare expenses, lawyer fees ...) and told me that the taxes cost $ 65. When I went to get them, I was charged $ 170. I asked to speak to M.Lamothe because that was not what I had been told! He told me that if I was not happy to go elsewhere. I explained that they did not have time and that they should have just called me to warn me ... He told me that he did not have to call anyone, yelled at me very aggressively, grabbed my taxes from my hands very aggressively and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave (I was just trying to talk to him) ... He refused to let me pay my taxes so they could pay them send. Finally as I was not leaving (I REALLY had to send my taxes) he came back for me to pay, still very aggressive and stupid and he told me to never come back again .... All I wanted was understand why no one had warned me that I would have to pay $ 100 more and name it was unacceptable ... Big lack of professionalism and know how to live. I understand he is stressed at the end of the tax period but his behavior was unacceptable ...
