He willingly came over to meet us, walk through our condo and discuss the market, despite the fact he knew we probably wouldn’t be ready to pull the trigger for another year or so. That year turned into two more due to Covid (we’re US citizens so couldn’t get into Canada) so when we finally got back to Canmore, we were ready. I can’t say enough good things about working with Richard. He has a pleasant, calming demeanor which, when coupled with his deep knowledge of the market, proves invaluable. He listens, which is always important to any client, and offers practical solutions to concerns. He is responsive and helpful in that he handled a couple of repairs that had to be done after we returned to the States, and he provided excellent referrals for a closing attorney and accountant. In short, he made our sale and closing a breeze for us. We can’t recommend Richard enough and are sure, whether buying or selling, you will be in good hands.

Richard didn't lose his calm and thoughtful demeanour in what was a wild week of multiple offers. He treated my tenant without the utmost care and respect, so that she wasn't unduly disturbed by viewings. Richard is very knowledgeable about what is a very hot property market. But when there was a sticky point with one offer he didn't try to bluff his way through it (like I think many realtors would), but checked with his governing body before recommending a course of action.
