★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le service en sois est bien mais les employés par contre c'est autre chose . Il y 'a une caissière de nationalité québécoise je crois . Elle est très arrogante et impoli avec la clientèle . Elle parle aux gens n'importe comment . Pour la moindre petite transaction , elle demande au client une carte d'identité , même si c'est pour changer de l'argent . Je n'en vois pas l'intérêt ,les autres bureaux de Ria ne fonctionnent pas comme ca . Même si le service est bon , je préfère aller ailleurs pour être mieux servie .
The service itself is good, but the employees, on the other hand, are something else. There is a cashier of Quebec nationality I believe. She is very arrogant and rude to customers. She talks to people anyhow. For the smallest transaction, she asks the customer for an identity card, even if it is to change money. I don't see the point of it, the other Ria offices don't work like that. Even if the service is good, I prefer to go elsewhere to be better served.
